Our newly crowned Miss Gay North Carolina America 2011 is Jessica Raynes Starr. Her first alternate is Angela Lopez. We are very proud of both of them for attaining these spots to the Miss Gay America Pageant 2012, to be held October 12-16, 2011 in Columbus, Ohio.
