11 am - 12 noon: Registration (All contestants) at The Scorpio
Note to contestants: Bring your Presentation clothes, including shoes
to registration for approval by MGNCA officials
1 pm: MGNCA Annual Luncheon for contestants, judges, pageant officials
and guests
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm: Mandatory Rehearsal
(All contestants for presentation number)
2:30 - 3:30 pm: Rehearsal for contestants (optional)
8:30 pm: Roll Call (Group 1)
9:30 pm: Roll Call (Group 2)
9:00 pm: Pageant (Preliminary Judging)
Group 1: Solo Talent (3 minutes), Evening Gown
Group 2: Talent (7 minutes, not including prop set up)

August 19, 2011 at The Scorpio:
12:45 pm: Roll Call at The Scorpio
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Mandatory Rehearsal
(All contestants for presentation number)
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Optional Rehearsal (for contestants for talent)
7:30 pm: Roll Call (Group 2)
8:30 pm: Roll Call (Group 1)
8:00 pm: Pageant (Preliminary Judging)
Group 1: Talent (7 minutes, not including prop setup)
Group 2: Solo Talent (3 minutes), Evening Gown

Saturday, August 20, 2011 at The Scorpio and
the Host Hotel (LaQuinta Inn & Suites -Charlotte Airport North):
11:45 am: Roll Call for Mandatory Group Rehearsal at The Scorpio
(All contestants & formers attending for presentation number)
12 noon -
1:00 pm: Mandatory Group Rehearsal at The Scorpio
(All contestants & formers attending for presentation number)
2:00 pm -
4:00 pm: Male Interview at The LaQuinta (All Contestants - Business Attire)
7:00 pm: Bar Tour for Contestants, Formers &
Pageant Officials (mandatory for contestants) Bus Pickup, meet in Lobby -
be sure to have I.D. - Bar Tour start off will be the Brandy Alexander
Cocktail Party at The Woodshed Lounge (4000 Queen City Drive, near
LaQuinta)
We will be traveling to the following bars: The Woodshed Lounge, Bar at
316, Hartigans & Chasers. 20-25 minute stay for each location.
Dress is casual, NO DRAG!
10:00 pm: arrive at Chasers
10:30 pm:
Miss Gay NC America in Review Show & Awards Banquet (mandatory
for contestants to stay for show)
